The Women's College was affiliated with Brown, but female students received separate instruction. Most of the Women's College professors were men who received extra payment for teaching women's classes. A rare exception was Miss Wing, photographed in 1900 holding a skeletal arm and surrounded by her anatomy class. View larger version of this image
